R. WADE ALEXANDER was born and raised in northern Virginia. In 1999, he moved
to northwest Argentina as a volunteer missionary (where he eventually met his wife).
Following two years of service in Salta, Wade returned to Brigham Young University
where he graduated in 2005 with degrees in Latin American Studies and Human
Development. Working as a travel consultant ever since, Wade utilizes his passion and
experience to introduce others to the wonders of Latin America. In 2008, Wade
relocated to Mendoza as a full-time resident to further improve the services of Imagine
Argentina. In addition to luxury travel planning, he is also a published travel writer and
photographer, with such work appearing in both Transitions Abroad and South
American Explorers. Wade now serves as the Expeditions Director at CHOICE
Humanitarian, a non-profit organization focused on empowering native villagers across
the globe in the pursuit of self-sustainable development.

TANIA L. NAHUELCURA was born and raised in San Juan, located along Argentina's
western limits. Growing up in the Cuyo region, she and her family traveled often
throughout Argentina and Chile, visiting family and friends in both nations. In 1999,
Tania left home to serve a volunteer mission among the wonderful people of northern
Argentina (where she eventually met her husband). In late 2002, Tania moved to the
United States where she further pursued her academic studies. As a writer,
photographer, and full-time mother, she enjoys exploring the various destinations within
Latin America, including her home nation. Tania and Wade are looking forward to the
international journeys ahead as their infant son slowly becomes bilingual…they hope.
